huh?

Ah, now I get it. I was picturing a threaded rod with a ball for a
head, like a ball & socket arrangement. Couldn't fathom what that
would do for a CNC machine :D

I saw your site a little while ago and I've been eyeballing that
setup. MDF/Rangerboard is my most probably material as I've got a
woodworking shop. I also have access to plastics through work. I'd
build smaller but other than that yours looks quite promising!

Some pretty cool stuff there. Now I have the urge to build a
crankorgan. Must stay focused!
