We discussed this recently on the Master 5 forum, if more inputs were
added to Mach2 then it seems quite possible to handle the software
side of a digitiser arm. I've used Mach2 along with 3DS Max and my
CNC Toolkit to get encoder output positions into Max as coordinates,
but currently Mach2 can only use 3 encoders.
