Yes, it is an automatic post set for once a month so that everyone is on
the same page as far as the list rules and etiquette. The reason for the
name CCEDBoilerplate.txt is that is what the file is named in the files
section. The automatic e-mail function works by sending the contents of
a text file in the files section to the list. No particular meaning to
the name other than that is what Bill first called it when we started
working on what we wanted to say.

Please now let the discussion drop as it is not relevant to the list
topics. We welcome discussion on any housekeeping items directly to
