THANK YOU~! I did _not_ know that.
I jsut sat down and drew out the wiring of the motors that I have
now, and checked it against the schematic I just found for them.

I think I _do_ have them wired incorrectly.

I'm going to rewire tomorrow, but without a NTE331, I can't make it work.
I'll be checking your recommendation on
continuity between phases before doing so.
