Page 24 of the pdf quite clearly shows Step & Direction inputs - In this
case, it opens up a whole world of low cost and Free CNC software.
Stepster http://www.thegallos.com/Stepster.htm is free..
CNCMill http://www.cobbin.com/sierra.htm - Also free..
EMC http://www.linuxcnc.org - Another free one

Then there is the whole raft of "pay for" software, so it does not look like
you are limited to writing your own code !
