Hi,
I can only comment here on how I do it with my lathe as the miller is not
yet CNC.
I do a quick sketch in ACAD, scrap of paper or beer-mat. I then fill out a
form, which came with the lathe manual. Unfortunately the next step is very
boring, typing it all in via the vertical keyboard on the lathe. I don't
have the off-machine software. I'd be happy to scan a copy of the form, it
makes it all so easy and the G-code can be done anywhere, something to do
while waiting in carparks which my girlfriend is off shopping.
Regards,
Terry
