Chuck,

I don't know about an app which outputs g-code, but I did see one (its link
is on my other laptop so I can't provide it now) that puts out a nice dxf
file. You have to change it afterwards to the required thickness, but I
plan to use it early on...it even allows for the hub diameter to be entered.
Try a search for "spur gear dxf generator" or similar, I believe it was on a
university site...
