This may be a violation of state or federal law. I've never heard of ANY
company selling NEW merchandise with NO warranty whatsoever.
I'll bet they don't sell this way to business customers.

Sure, call or check the web for the State Attorney General's office, and
find
out what the law is. Of course, if the manufacturer is in a different
state, it
is harder to get satisfaction at the state level.
