EMC and RT Linux

Hi,

I'm a newcomer to the group. The project on which I am currently
working is upgrading the computer controls on a Bridgeport Series 1
CNC Milling machine. I am proposing to use EMC and RT Linux but I am
having great difficulty accessing the FTP site link at
http://www.isd.mel.nist.gov/projects/emc/ to download the software.
On the rare occasion when I do access it I can't download anything.
Anyone any suggestions?
