Jon,

I had the very same problem and I resolved it by replacing the cable
on my limit and home switches with braid shielded cable. Make sure
you only ground the shield to the end that attaches to the controller
and leave it ungrounded at the switch or sensor end. As soon as I
made these changes all my limit and home switch problems vanished...
