I don't understand this. .1 pitch would be 2.54 and several more
zeros, not 2.538. I think it is like 2.54000000xxx something,
although I am having a hard time finding any other conversion than
just 2.54 cm per inch (or 2.54mm per .1 inch).
lol, i actually panicked for a minute and double checked the 2.538
being wrong because I have very high resolution encoders and have the
step conversion factor to inches for my metric ballscrews in EMC.
