As I said, it is all described in the source code module. (Not the
bast place to put user documentation.)

What I can figure out, is that the file should contain a number
of lines which read :

0.0 0.0 0.0
1.0 0.0001 -0.0002
2.0 0.0002 -0.0003
...

What I have been able to figure out, and this could be wrong, is
the first number is an uncorrected position, probably in user units.
The second number is the correction value for moves in the
positive direction. The second number is the correction for
moves in the negative direction. How this interacts with the
backlash parameter, I have NO idea! Obviously, if there are
large differences in the forward and revers corrections, then
when the program changes direction, large jumps in the table
could happen.
