Re: Screw Size----Stepper Size?

on 2003-11-24 09:38:47 UTC
Hello erie,

$10,000 is about our budget, give or take. Precision does not have to
be right on. They will have to be finish sanded once it comes of the
cnc table. I heard that timing belts will slow down the process. I am
a little concerned with time and speed. Someone told me to support
the screw on both ends and something else to help reduce inertia so
it wont be a pain to stop and start. What do you think.

Thanks
Mike
