A GOOD Size-34 two-stack or three-stack, Bipolar might do. The one machine I
built with a 60" total-length 1½" dia. screw (1" per turn pitch, dual-start
ball-screw) had a Size-34 two-stack, and that was adequate, but for a 4' x 1"
screw, I am GUESSING a good Size-34 BIPOLAR might do. Use the charts/formulæ
in the stepper-catalogs!
