This group has over 4800 members that seem to vary from newbies to
seasond professionals. My observations are that the most active are
the professionals. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a group for
beginers and those who don't have much experience.

I have no problem with moderation, groups should be subject specific.
If I should ever post something OT I expect you will tell me or kill it.
