Dave,

The DIY-CNC list is for beginners TOO... Although our first bunch of
members includes some well known names here, we also have some folks
brand new to CNC... We intend to help them get into CNC quickly
safely, inexpensively(if that is their wish), and ALSO to talk about
how to USE the machine they have built or retrofitted...

Same subject, different evaluation of on topic versus off topic...

I believe there's room for both groups, and that both groups will
serve the needs of people just getting into CNC...

FWIW, Bill gave his "blessing"(approval) to my new group. And
mentioned needing to sign up...
