Hi Gary
One thing that can get you close is a 240-115 isolation transformer,
like you can find to run European equipment. Put 115V on the 240V
side to get about 55V out of the 115V side. Just watch the current
rating. Another way is look on eBay for a Variac and get any output
you want. Either way is probably a more common find at that power
level then something made for what you want.
