A friend has just purchased a Bridgeport Series 1 Interact mill
circa 1985 with a Heidenhain TNC 150 controller. The machine looks
like it has had very little use, is in excellent condition, and
already has produce some parts at its new home. However programming
is a pain and a steep learning curve. Looking on the web, Cadem
offer information regarding connecting the TNC 150 to a PC to
generate code. They also offer programmes from Zero cost upwards
which looks inviting. Any opinions?
