Hello,
Losing steps on the "up" is more likely. And will result in gradually
deeper holes (because it didn't go up as far as it should have)
What's troubling is that according to the post the first 30 holes are
okay, THEN it starts going deeper. So I'd look for a feedrate change,
or something that corresponds to the location, either physically(are
you moving near your cabling--after the 30 holes--and getting
crosstalk?), or a "location" in the program...
(Some programs act strange when unexpected characters are found in
the toolpath file. These can be "invisible" characters, like
linefeeds,tabs, or returns.)
