Chopper methodology was Re: stepper vs. servo

The maximum hissing, spitting and squealing racket occurs at the half-
step locations because that is where both oscillators have near the
same frequency. It should be the quietest at the full-step locations
where the oscillators have the greatest difference in frequency.
