Realistically speaking to drive phillips reliably requires specialized
machinery.
Once it comes out from the feeder , screw drops into flexible feeding tube.
You need a plunger to push it in so screw would appear from another end.
At the end you need to grab it and rotate at least 1 rev to catch in the
thread.
Once this done you should be able to drive it with a screwdriver in a
spindle.
To design this kind of set up is very hard - will be much better to use
existing driver...
Since you already got the feeder, ask them if it will work with their drive.
