Re: How close can the wires be ? - Advice needed.

This is the first time I had heard to run a wire from the motor case
to the PS ground... Could this wire be the drain wire for the
shielding in the motor power cables? Or should this be a seperate
wire run outside the power and encoder cables? Am I OK if the
machine is attached to the controller case? In other words, check
continuity from the motor to the controller and see if there is
continuity?
