The small panel digital meters shouod work quite well. You can
dedicate them to one function, or switch the circuitry to the meter
to make it measure whatever you need. You can them have
6 meters at about $75 dollars and a lot of panel space, or you
can have one meter at about $12 and a switch to select what
function you want to measure and a small panel space. The
circuitry will be the same except placing the switch in place of
the individual meter movements.
Jameco and Circuit Specialist as well as almost any supply house
will have these inexpensive digital movements. I have purchased
from Circuit Specialist in Mesa Az because they are close.
