Thinking of retrofitting

Hello,

I recently purchase an older mill/drill and am thinking of making a
CNC machine out of it. This will be the first time that I tried
anything like this, but I am pretty sure I can do it. I am just
wondering if anyone can give me a ballpark of what it will cost for
all the components? Or if anyone has finished this project, what
components did you use and about how much did you spend?
