Re: Confused on software....little help please!

Master 5's .dxf importer is probably to blame here. You might want to
look at Sheetcam, http://www.sheetcam.com , to convert your .dxf's to
gcode.

How much Z-axis control are you looking for? Depending on what you
are trying to do, there may be ways to accomplish it.
