What does it use as a software controller? I have g-code for a
MACH2 based machine for a router but the problem with g-code is that
is a complete description of HOW you want a piece cut on a specific
machine. The speeds, tools and work envelope (area) may be totally
different on your machine. You would be better off to select a CAM
package (maybe try several in demo mode) and make your g-code match
your machine. Try the latest version of SheetCAM (www.sheetCAM) for
free. It's still in BETA but is coming along nicely. It's not a
full 3D CAM solution but you probably don't have a 3D modeling
package anyway. You can do 2.5D where you draw it in 2D then pick
vector objects in the CAM and specify the depth and pass count.

Use any drawing or CAD software that will export in either DXF or
HPGL format to use SheetCAM.

That's all the ideas I have at this point ;-)
