For the parts you're looking at, I'd strongly recommend a
good used, smaller CNC Laser-cutting machine. It'll cut any
shape you want, with a kerf of only ten or fifteen
thousandths of an inch. You can get some real good buys on
them if you watch out, as many businesses are using
tax-breaks to upgrade their systems. For bending, a small
pressbrake should suffice. This is ASSuming that you're
located in North America.
