You need to tune your motor setup for max speed on the motors below
lost steps or lock ups. G0 just says "Go as fast as the maximum
rapids you have set". Every motor/driver combination has a point at
which it will start to lose steps and/or lockup. you need to find
that point in the tuning then back off by 20%. MACH2 has a motor
tuning section that allows you to set velocity and acceleration on
each axis motor. If you need help with the settings post on the
