I see another member answered your problem and the solution sounded good to
me.
One thing you mention is the G0 and changing it to add F9. Most program
accept G0 as strictly a rapid move set at the max velocity of the setup
fileand will ignore an F feed rate . To use F9 should only work with other G
codes such as G1,G2,G3 etc.
So again if your having problems with the G0 moves being to fast and causes
lost steps or phasing out completely, I would adjust the max velocity and
acceleration in the set up file for reliable speed.
