Semantics! "Rating"? YOU are talking about OUTPUT! The "rating" is the
number of VA the transformer CAN handle! It is determined from a chart, once
we have the cross-sectional area of the core. I have made DOZENS of
transformers. I KNOW what it's about. Speaking English is one of my
reasonably-well-developed skills.
