The dump circuit is set to a value above your normal power suppply
voltage so it never trips under normal operation. Like line
variations. The dump must also be below the 100V rating of the
components in a gecko drive. The circuit uses a zener for the firing
point. Standard zeners are 68, 75, 82, and 91 volts.
