The relay based E-stop offers a simple method for the non-circuit
board guys to put in an E-stop.

The more elaborate chip version appears to do a similar thing.

One difference is the automatic design does not have the e-stop lock-
out.

But, it seems that if you were to just add a push/pull switch as the
e-stop the automatic version would handle the rest.
