Rather than thinking about enclosing that stuff (and you really probably want
good airflow around the computer and monitor and maybe some of that other
stuff anyway), I'm thinking about a part of the design I'm considering for a
machine to include an enclosure, which would also tend to cut down on the
noise, somewhat.
