Hi, I'm Dave and I just joined to gain info for my small home metal shop.
Cutting thin metal may be done by sandwiching it between to sheets of sacraficial material like .125 inch thick hardboard or .5 inch plywood. Something like that.
The waterjets and plasma cutters sound like the best way. What about finding a used piece of equipment? Can a lease be done on a used machine to lower monthly payments?
