Ron,
Probably the best thing to use is a short (36-48") enclosed 19"
equipment rack. The best grade are for computer equipment, but the
lighter weight A/V enclosures should do OK. What you want to do is
create positive air pressure with one or more fans (filter the fans
and put them in the bottom of the rack and close off the rest of the
bottom). Some have transparent doors, some don't. There are all
sorts of shelves and gadgets available for these things. You might
want to put some plugmold to an EMI filter and then to the power cord
out.
These things tend to be pretty expensive if purchased new, but I've
seen them go cheap on E-Bat because they are not worth shipping.
Find one near you and pick it up.
You can mount it on casters. If you don't have your monitor in a
custom control panel, you can stand it on toop of the enclosure and
it will be about the right height.
