I bought 18 from them at a reduced price of course..:-) I was having some issues with it locking up and tool libraries disappearing etc. They sent me a file that resolved alot of the bugs. Then I had something else that happened and they explained that I was doing something wrong, at this point I was fed up with not knowing every trick and workaround in their 18 software and told them that. They upgraded me to 19.8 for free. 19.8 is alot more stable and capable of some very elaborate code. I'm very happy with it. I use it almost everyday. They dont sell 18 anymore at all, must've been flawed from the ground up and impossible to completely repair. As Dave mentioned 17 is pretty stable. Does basically all the same functions as 19 with a less friendly user interface. Lacks a few other elements that most people don't use anyway like IGES imports etc. If you just want to produce some code for your mill or lathe, 17 is ample and cheap. Get the training CD's they are worth every penny of
what they cost. Watch two or three hours of them and you'll be proficient with it.
