Interesting example of what looks to be a 1/2 stack. just going by the
thickness of the laminations. I have some motors I pulled from stuff
that have very few laminations.

But, they look very interesting, and very low cost if they actually
end the auction at 9.99

As for the rest of the machine, If you just want simple, go simple. a
pcb drilling machine doesn't need all sorts or linerar rails and ACME
or ball screws.

ACME and ball screws are for transmitting power. simple non-contact
movement can be done with cheap threaded rod.

old printers used steel bars and plastic or bronze bushings.
