Hi guys;

just a bit of info here, I have an old computer I tried to load BDI-4.46
I believe that also had issues. Never pursuded it as the whole CNC is
on the back burner while pursuing a bunch of other issues. The board
is an old ASUS with and on board SCSI controller. Linux loads
aic-7xxx no matter what I tried to do.

I would have mentioned it earlier but I simply don't have time to pursue
this debug wise. I haven't loaded 4.20 yet either so I don't know if
that helps. Apparently it doesn as the description below is pretty
close to what I was seeing. I think it is a realtime/linux issue the
machine ran the distro find until an attempt to run EMc is made.
