Though they could be looked at, these warmplastic devices
are "Vacuum FORMING Tables" (Suck warm plastic to shape)
whereas I believe the original intent is for a vacuum HOLD DOWN
system.
Have seen some of these but using ventury tubes to generate
the vacuum hold instead of a vac pump.
Search for "Robotics" and or "End Effectors" should bring up
some other source ideas.
