Hi,
I'm building a high speed spindle at the moment using a brushless
helicopter motor 28mm diam 3200rpm/volt. With the esc to suit. Input
is a serial input with a manual knob control aswell. The motors are
cheap on ebay and over 100w even the 20mm diam one. If you are
running at 12v /16A thats approx 38000rpm/m.
It will have a optical feedback to keep the speed constant.
I will post the complete design plans if you want as soon as I have
finished. I'll look at adding the control for Mach3 PWM output too.
