Derek, feedback, if you check back through the archives, a few
people have wanted to do the exact same thing. It has to be done
on specific hardware, and a stable software (RH5.2) I think they
called it BDI(brain dead install).

I agree with you 100%!
I have been talking with Tim Goldstein about burning Cd-roms. Tim seems
to have worked out all the bugs and has a smooth running program. What I
want to do is copy his complete setup off of his computer, with all the
patches installed etc. and burn this to cd-rom.

I am willing to burn the 50 cd-roms I have, for the list, for just the
shipping cost of approximately $2.50 each. I might be wrong but all you
would have to do is partition a drive and copy the cd-rom to the
partition. It would be like making a duplicate of the original hard
drive, which has the complete operating system. Possibly it might take 2
cd-roms.
Let me know if any one is interested, feedback is important.
