the little mill project

i think there's an important niche for a small mill
that can do tiny work.
that means high speed spindle- like 50krpm
and precision on the order of .0001
i already have inventory of 100 worm drive motors,
their drivers (but not the full feedback ones yet)and
almost finished the injection mold for shaft encoders
for them.
this is cuz i also had the inspiration to make similar
mills. must be going around.
anyway, i don't know how much you've got finalised or
if you are seeking any collaborators, but if you are,
i'd be delighted to help. and there's a very thin
membrane between my talking and my performing. (you'll
get tons of talk, but not much actual help on forums).
enco, who sells the cheap granite plates, is in
fernley, right next to reno. that's about a 5 hour one
way trip for me. not a good one if it's snowing in the
pass, though.
anyway, plz respond either way so i know.
and i wish you great success!
