Yes , be simple enough to build the structure of the machine. How do you
then take signals from either rotary encoders or linear scales and get them
into the computer to make the drawing?..That would take some kind of 'board'
and software...Thats point where I fall on my face.. I just finished
building up a cnc mill - so I vaguely familiar with some of this but not
enough-- not near enough to make such a gizmo work.
