it's only the UV resin that requires UV
laser.stereolithography by laser sintering should be
easy enuff to experiment with using any kind of way to
deliver the joules to a fine spot.
preparing a good material in bulk i don't have answers
for.
There is no lack of means to originate or convert to
.stl.
and the software is any 2d plotting app that can
modulate the laser on and off (you can set power
manually)
