To make use of the higher 440 volt rating, you have to run a single phase
step up transformer on the 220 volt single phase input in front of the
inverter and you have to change the motor wiring to run at 440 (almost all 3
phase motors can be run at 220 or 440 depending on how the leads are
connected).
