Well....you may have hit on the problem. I needer more power in my
digitizer so I scaled everything up a bit. I was using a metal
cutting solid carbide two flute but I just remembered when reading
your post it is a left hand spiral with right hand cut. It's throwing
the chips down! It was brand new, super sharp and it never dawned on
me the spiral might not work! Thanks again.
