Generally, a mailing list server will not lose messages, as is VERY
common with
the usenet news service. With usenet, and problem, such as network
traffic
filling up the communications link, disks full, CPU time not available
causes
the messages to be dropped.

A mailing list server is not supposed to drop messages, under most
conditions,
without someone getting a warning message. But, it is not specified
WHEN
the messages get through. If there is network trouble, system overloads

or crashes, the messages get delivered when possible.

If you don't get a mail message back saying that your message couldn't
be
delivered within 4 hours, or some other situation, then your message
almost certainly got through to the list server.

I don't know if there is censorship going on, but I don't believe so.
The form of censorship that has been spoken about for this list
is just banning of unruly members. But, I don't believe that was
ever necessary.
