I checked the information from KDN Tool, which I received with my
CNC conversion, 8 months ago, and what I said above is WRONG.

I've been reading so many of the posts that I have got "printer
cable and parallel port" burned into my mind.

The way that DeskCNC communicates to the DeskCNC electronics board
is thru a 9 pin, PC serial port. Typically labeled COM1 or COM2.
