First, you MUST read the supported hardware listings at redhat.com (I
think that's
the right URL). If your machine is not on the list, you have a problem.

I am running a system with a 1 GB hard drive, but it is dedicated to EMC
only.
You should remember that the DeskNCrt is not supported by a large group
of
helpful people. Also, I find it very useful to have the Xwindows
environment,
so I can pop up editing windows, FTP file transfers from the CAD
computer,
calculators, etc.
