This may NOT be "nothing". It may be telling you that for one reason
or another, it takes more than one axis in motion at a time to cause
the problem. Maybe having more than one axis moving heats up the
servo amp as a "system" more than just one axis at a time. Maybe it
loads down the power supply more. If it weren't for your description
of it failing in shorter and shorter times as it warmed up, I'd be thinking
it might be a bad memory chip or something in the controller. This is
going to make it harder to isolate to a single axis. What's the longest
it has ever worked with a normal program? Have you ever tried running
aprogram that only cuts air? Maybe it only faults when actually applying
force through a tool. That would be a pretty clear sign of servo amp
problems. The harder the motor works against a load, the more current
it draws, and so the servo amp gets hotter.
